Ordering by C.O.D.
You must make arrangements to pay for an order by C.O.D. prior to ordering online. Then, simply shop as if you would be making your purchases by credit card, completing all the order process steps online. Only established customers are accepted for C.O.D.

Back Order Policy
We update our website daily so you will know when items that have been Out-of-Stock are back in or when items go Out-of-Stock. If you have any questions regarding items marked Out-of-Stock, please contact us.
Return Policy
NO RETURNS on SALE or CLEARANCE ITEMS ACCEPTED.

Ship the item back in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING and INCLUDE a COPY of the INVOICE THAT CAME IN YOUR ORDER. If you want to substitute the returned item for a different size, style, or colour, just indicate the new item/colour/style/size on the copy of the original invoice.

On the original invoice, write the reason for your return.

A copy of your invoice MUST accompany your return before it will be accepted.

Frequent returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We will credit your Mini Fun account unless otherwise requested. You will then have a credit balance on your account with us.
Shipping Policy

We ship goods within 10 business days after receipt of your order. (Please allow additional time during public Holidays etc.)

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

There is a minimum shipping charge on all orders. We ship in boxes or tubes except for very small, lightweight items, which will fit into an envelope.

Mini Fun will sometimes add a handling charge to orders in addition to the courier or postal charge. This handling charge will be included in your online orders shipping total.

The exact shipping charge imposed is determined by weight, volume, and shipping destination, and a shipping charge may be added to each order.

International Customers: We automatically ship via the least expensive method, no matter what is listed on your online order unless otherwise requested. Customers are responsible for any custom duties &/or tax that may apply. If any item is lost, stolen or damaged Mini Fun will provide proof of postage and item value information, it is the responsibility of the customer to pursue any claims.

National Customers: You have a choice between Royal Mail Recorded and Special Delivery. Royal Mail Recorded is only insured to a maximum of £32.00. Special Delivery is insured up to £500.00. If an item is lost, stolen or damaged, Mini Fun will provide proof of postage and item value information. It is the responsibility of the customer to pursue any claim. For large orders we will sometimes use a major courier. You can request a Shipping Preference other than those listed on our online order form by adding to the Comments box when proceeding through Checkout.

Most couriers no longer ship to a PO Box and no longer accept cash for C.O.D. orders.

You may request Next Day or Before 12.00 etc on any order, but you must phone or email us first to obtain the correct pricing information.
